Farm
Buy seeds from Mira, till the soil, plant, water and harvest. Crops only grow in wet soil, and the season and weather change how fast they grow.
About PAD
PAD: Plant and Defense is a pixel-art farming adventure with a shared multiplayer world. Farm by day, defend by night, and make your name known across the valley.
The story
The old valley has been quiet for years. Its fields grew wild, its mine went dark, and something stirred in the crystal caves below. You arrive with a handful of seeds, a rusty hoe and a deed to a patch of overgrown land.
With a little help from the villagers - Mira at the seed stall, Old Tom at the market, Farmer Fern with her land deeds and Bram in his workshop - the fields come back to life. But the caves are not done with the valley yet, and a farm is only as safe as the person guarding it.
Your objectives
- Build a thriving farm. Grow crops, tend animals and expand your land.
- Master five skills. Farming, fishing, mining, foraging and crafting.
- Defend the valley. Clear the dungeon and defeat the Crystal Guardian.
- Prosper together. Trade with players, join a guild and take part in weekly world events.
- Climb the rankings. Compete for the top of the global leaderboards.
How the game plays
2️⃣
Sell & trade
Sell crops to Old Tom, or trade directly with other players through the market, shops and the auction house. Spend coins on land, tools, animals and furniture.
3️⃣
Explore
Travel to the forest, lakeside, mining cave, island and ruins to gather wood, stone, ore and fish. Every skill levels up as you use it.
4️⃣
Defend
Enter the dungeon to fight monsters for coin. Your health recovers when you rest, and the boss at the heart of the caves is worth the trip.
5️⃣
Belong
Chat, make friends, form a party to help on each other's farms, or found a guild of up to twenty players with its own treasury.
6️⃣
Compete
Every harvest, victory and sale counts. The server works out the rankings from your real progress, so the leaderboard is fair.
Play anywhere
PAD runs in your browser: no download or install. Use the keyboard and mouse on a computer, or the on-screen joystick and taps on a phone or tablet. Your progress is saved on the game server, so your account follows you from device to device.
